Today (17.06.2026), the Prevention Unit of SIA Tetovo carried out a preventive-educational activity titled “Always Wear a Helmet and Protect Your Life” at several locations in Tetovo. During the activity, motorcyclists were given educational leaflets prepared by the Republic Council for Road Traffic Safety, the Ministry of Interior, and the Faculty of Security – Skopje. The leaflets contain rules and regulations for motorcycle riders aimed at ensuring their safe participation in traffic and reducing the risk of traffic accidents.
On 17.06.2026, the Prevention Department of SIA Skopje conducted a preventive-educational campaign on protection against open-air fires in the area covered by the Gazi Baba Police Station, specifically in the villages of Stajkovci and Creshevo. During the activity, passers-by were provided with leaflets containing messages on forest fire prevention and instructions to immediately report any open-air fire to the emergency number 112.
On 17.06.2026, in Sveti Nikole, police officers from the Traffic Police Station of Sveti Nikole carried out a preventive activity under the slogan “Helmet or Head.” During the activity, motorcyclists were reminded of the importance of regularly wearing a helmet. Educational leaflets were also distributed to motorcycle riders participating in traffic.
Today, prevention officers from the Probishtip Department of Internal Affairs and police officers from the Probishtip Police Station conducted preventive activities at several locations in Probishtip under the theme “Building Friendship – Creating Safety.” Particular emphasis was placed on the prevention of and protection against theft, robbery theft, and fraud. Through direct conversations, elderly citizens and pensioners were informed about various precautionary and self-protection measures, how to recognize fraud, and how to protect themselves from thefts and robbery thefts.
