The Training Center organizes and conducts basic police training, training for independent performance of tasks for a specific job position, continuous training of employees within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), special training, and training for managing security areas of ministry employees based on curricula and programs.
The Center consists of three Sectors and one Department, namely:
Sector for Basic, Continuous, and International Training
Performs tasks related to organizing, coordinating, and conducting training for independent job performance, basic police training, instructor training, designing training and learning environments, and in coordination with other organizational units in the MIA, conducts continuous training for ministry employees.

Sector for Curriculum Design, Assessment, and Evaluation
Responsible for developing and designing curricula. Develops and designs curricula and plans to meet the needs of the MIA and other public and state institutions. Organizes and conducts assessment and evaluation of all trainings.

Sector for E-Learning, E-Courses, and IT Support
Organizes, coordinates, and implements e-courses for employees and other candidates and develops e-programs. Also responsible for support and maintenance of e-learning software.

Logistics Department
Responsible for maintaining the functionality of all facilities in the Training Center. Performs tasks related to the maintenance of electrical installations, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, sewage, and fire hydrant systems.
