Today (February 10, 2026), police officers from the Prevention Unit of the Police Department of Strumica and the Strumica Police Station conducted an educational lecture with students from the Primary School "Vidoe Podgorec" in Strumica. Through a presentation and educational materials provided by the Republic of North Macedonia's Bureau for Public Safety, the police officers held an educational lecture for first-grade students on the topic of "Safety for Young Pedestrians," while also introducing them to the police profession.
Preventive activities in the field of traffic were also carried out in the territory of the Police Department of Štip. Police officers from the Police Station in Berovo informed citizens about the harmful consequences that can arise from driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. In Kočani, the emphasis was placed on the necessity of using a seatbelt, as this reduces the consequences in the event of a traffic accident.
In Sveti Nikole, police officers from the Police Station of Sveti Nikole, in cooperation with "Local Action Vardar," carried out a preventive activity aimed at preventing underage marriages.
