On March 31, 2026, in Skopje, within the territories of Centar and Chair, police officers from the Prevention Department of the Skopje Police conducted preventive activities under the theme "Don't be a silent witness," aiming to proactively address the emergence of any form of gender-based violence. In direct communication with citizens, they were informed about ways to prevent gender-based violence and the availability of services for assistance and protection should they become victims of violence. Citizens were also advised on what actions they can take if they find themselves in a situation where they witness a certain type of violence. The police officers emphasized the importance of promptly reporting all forms of violence, and educational printed materials were distributed.
Today (April 1, 2026), in the area of Karposh, police officers from the Prevention Department of the Skopje Police carried out a preventive activity titled "Pedestrian Safety – A Responsibility for All of Us," highlighting the need for citizens to respect traffic rules and regulations to enhance road safety and reduce the number of traffic accidents.
