Today (19.11.2025), police officers from the Kavadarci Police Department carried out a preventive activity under the motto “Be Careful of Telephone Scams”. The purpose of this activity was to inform and educate citizens about the risks associated with telephone fraud, how to recognize such attempts, and how to avoid becoming victims of this type of crime. The overall aim of these preventive efforts is to raise awareness on protection against such criminal acts and to encourage citizens to report any suspicious case to the police. As part of the activity, printed educational material was distributed.
Today (19.11.2025), at the City Market in Probishtip, police officers from the Probishtip Police Station conducted a preventive campaign focused on protection against property-related crimes — pickpocketing and burglaries. Citizens, especially the elderly, were provided with practical advice on measures and procedures they should take to ensure better protection from perpetrators of pickpocketing and burglaries. Leaflets with educational content were also distributed, under the mottos “Protect Yourself from Pickpocketing” and “Secure Your Home”.
Today (19.11.2025), Kumanovo SIA conducted preventive activities at the Romanovce toll station, the Tabanovce border crossing, and along the Kumanovo–Kriva Palanka main road, marking 16 November — the Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
Today (19.11.2025), within the framework of activities dedicated to the observance of the “World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims”, Strumica SIA, through police officers from the Prevention Unit, organized an educational and preventive event in the municipality of Bosilovo. Participants took part in a symbolic march held in honor of the victims of traffic accidents. The event aimed to send a message of respect and support to the families who have lost their loved ones in tragic traffic accidents.
As part of the continuous preventive activities of the Prevention Unit at the Skopje SIA, today (19.11.2025) an educational workshop was conducted at the Public Municipal Kindergarten “11 October”, facility “Tashko Karadza”, in the area of the Butel municipality.
The main objective of the preventive activity was to teach kindergarten children how to behave safely in traffic, how to recognize a police officer, and to understand that the police are there to help and protect them.
