Today (March 7, 2026), at several locations in the central urban area of Štip, police officers from the Prevention Department of the Police Department in Štip, in collaboration with officers from the Štip Police Station, conducted an educational campaign under the motto "Don't be a silent witness - report violence against women immediately." During the meetings with citizens, they were given self-defense advice and accessible guidance on how to recognize psychological violence, as well as directions on what they can do if they find themselves witnessing a certain type of violence. The necessity of cooperation and timely communication with the police was particularly emphasized, primarily through accurate and prompt reporting to the number 112. During the campaign, citizens were also handed out leaflets with educational content.
