On December 7, 2025, on the highway Tabanovce-Kumanovo, police officers from the Mobile Unit for Compensatory Measures at the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained L.A. (32) from the village of Nikushtak and A.Sh. (32) from Skopje. The police officers stopped a passenger vehicle, a Mercedes, with Skopje license plates, driven by L.A., with A.Sh. as a passenger, and during the inspection of the vehicle, 237 pieces of new, unused, various hand, battery-operated, and electric tools were found, without any documentation.
The vehicle and the tools were confiscated, and the individuals were taken into custody at the Police Station in Kumanovo under Article 278b and Article 235 of the Criminal Code, and upon documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be submitted.
