On December 5, 2025, at 10:44 PM on "8 Septemvri" Street in Bitola, police officers from the Bitola Police Department arrested L.G. (47) from Bitola for driving a passenger vehicle "Opel" with Bitola license plates in the opposite direction.It was later confirmed that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.59 grams per liter. On December 6, 2025, at 1:15 AM, on "Goce Delchev" Street in Veles, police officers from the Veles Police Department arrested K.S. (54) from Veles.
During a traffic control, the police stopped a passenger vehicle "Peugeot" with Veles license plates, driven by K.S., and after taking measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.74 grams per liter. On December 5, 2025, at 3:20 PM, on "Partizanska" Street in Negotino, police officers from the Negotino Police Station arrested L.N. (65) from the village of Kurija, Negotino.
During a traffic control, the police stopped a passenger vehicle "Fiat" without license plates, driven by L.N., and after taking measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.85 grams per liter. Additionally, after the inspection, it was confirmed that he was driving the vehicle before obtaining the right to operate a motor vehicle and that the traffic permit had expired for more than six months, resulting in the vehicle being confiscated.
On December 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM, on the main road in the village of Voјnik, Municipality of Staro Nagorichane, police officers from the Regional Police Department of Kumanovo detained N.K. (33) from Staro Nagorichane. During a traffic control, the police stopped a passenger vehicle, a "Golf," with Kumanovo license plates, driven by N.K., and after taking necessary measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.67 per mille.
On December 6, 2025, at 12:45 AM, on "11 October" Street in Kumanovo, police officers from the Regional Police Department of Kumanovo detained I.C. (49) from Skopje. While taking measures following a previously occurred traffic accident, in which I.C. was involved with a passenger vehicle, a "Citroën," with Skopje license plates, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 2.55 per mille.
On December 5, 2025, at 9:00 PM, on the regional road Kumanovo-Sveti Nikole, police officers from the Regional Police Department of Kumanovo detained I.D. (27) from Kumanovo. While taking measures following a previously occurred traffic accident, in which I.D. was involved with a passenger vehicle, a "Turan," with Kumanovo license plates, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.61 per mille.
After fully documenting the events, charges will be filed under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – "reckless driving of a motor vehicle."
