On December 8, 2025, at 12:30 AM, on the highway Kičevo-Ohrid, police officers from the Ohrid Police Department arrested T.S. (41) from Kičevo. During a traffic control, the officers stopped a passenger vehicle, a Ford, with Kičevo license plates, which he was driving, and after taking necessary measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.56 grams per liter.
On December 7, 2025, at 11:25 PM in Gevgelija, police officers from the Strumica Police Department - Gevgelija Police Station arrested I.B. (45) from Gevgelija. During a traffic control, the officers stopped a passenger vehicle, a Volkswagen, with Gevgelija license plates, driven by I.B., and after taking necessary measures, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 1.56 grams per liter.
After documenting the cases, criminal charges will be filed under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – "reckless operation of a motor vehicle."
