On December 8, 2025, at 8:15 PM in Štip, police officers from the Štip Police Department detained M.N. (47) from Štip. During a search of his stall in Freedom Square in Štip, the police officers discovered and confiscated 1,340 pieces of various pyrotechnic materials. Later, with a court order, a search was conducted at his home, where an additional 2,993 pieces of different pyrotechnic materials were found.
The individual is being held at the police station, and the public prosecutor has been informed of the incident. After the case is fully documented, appropriate criminal charges will be filed against him under Article 396 of the Criminal Code.
