The Minister of Internal Affairs, Panche Toskoski, today signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the mayors of the Municipality of Kisela Voda, Beti Stamenkoska Trajkoska, and the Municipality of Ilinden, Aleksandar Georgievski, for the construction of new police stations in these two municipalities aimed at enhancing security and improving services for citizens.

The Memorandum regulates the manner of mutual cooperation between the institutions, with an emphasis on more efficient implementation of legal responsibilities in accordance with the Law on Urban Planning and the Law on Construction, as well as the realization of joint projects of public interest.

As part of this cooperation, for the first time, the construction of a police station in the Municipality of Ilinden is planned, along with the construction of a new police station building in the Municipality of Kisela Voda, which will contribute to increased police presence, faster response, and a higher level of security for citizens.

The cooperation will be realized through joint project activities for the construction of new facilities outlined in the urban planning documents, as well as through other initiatives of mutual interest.

"This Memorandum represents a significant step towards strengthening institutional cooperation and creating a safer environment for citizens.
