In connection with a video shared on the social network Facebook, which shows an individual riding a scooter on one wheel and endangering traffic safety with such behavior, police officers immediately took measures and actions to identify the person.
Following the actions taken by the Police Department of Štip, it was determined that on May 11, 2026, around 9:00 PM, at the intersection of "Sremski Front" and "Boris Kraiger" streets in Štip, E.B. (15) from Štip committed a criminal offense under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code, as well as traffic violations in accordance with the Law on Road Traffic Safety.
The individual has been found and identified, and appropriate legal measures are being taken against him in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges all participants in traffic to behave conscientiously and responsibly and to refrain from engaging in dangerous actions that jeopardize their own safety, as well as the safety of other road users.
