Raid in Stojakovo, cannabis stalks found, one person taken into custody

On October 10, 2025, at 11:40 AM in the village of Stojakovo, municipality of Bogdanci, police officers from the SVR Strumica-OVR Gevgelija took S.F. (43) from Stojakovo into custody. With a court order, a search was conducted at his home, during which police officers discovered cut stalks of the cannabis plant nearby. After taking necessary measures, the location from which they were cut was identified, where items for their cultivation were also found. S.F. was detained at the Gevgelija Police Station and confessed to the crime during an official conversation.

A public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Gevgelija has been informed, and after documenting the case, a criminal charge will be filed against him under Article 215 of the Criminal Code.
