On 21.02.2026, inspectors from the Kisela Voda Unit for Violent Crime (EVR-OKR Kisela Voda) filed a criminal complaint against I.Sh. (20), H.S. (20) and A.G. (19), all citizens of the Republic of Sudan, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of “attempted robbery” under Article 237 in connection with Article 19 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The criminal offense was reported on 19.02.2026 and occurred on the jogging path on “11-ti Oktomvri” Street in Skopje. While the injured party, M.T. (27) from Skopje, was walking his dog, he was approached by three individuals who demanded money from him. After he replied that he had no money, they searched his pockets and physically assaulted him, causing visible injuries, and then fled in an unknown direction.
Following undertaken measures and activities, the perpetrators were identified and deprived of liberty. On 21.02.2026, at the premises of the Reception Center for Foreigners, in the presence of a public prosecutor, an identification procedure was carried out during which the injured party fully identified the reported persons as the perpetrators of the criminal offense.
On the same day, the reported individuals were brought before a judge in preliminary proceedings at the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, who ordered a 30-day detention measure.
