On 14.01.2026 at 13:06 in the village of Josifovo, Valandovo area, police officers from the Valandovo Police Station deprived G.K. (46) from Josifovo of his liberty.
During a traffic control in Josifovo, a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Passat” with Valandovo license plates, driven by him, was stopped. After taking measures, it was established that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a measured blood alcohol concentration of 2.28 per mille.
The public prosecutor from the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Gevgelija was informed of the incident, and after full documentation of the case, a criminal complaint will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
