During the night of 4/5 August 2026, acting on previously obtained operational intelligence, police officers from the Illicit Drug Trafficking Unit of the Skopje Sector for Internal Affairs (SVR Skopje) conducted a search of J.B., S.V., and D.P. on Partizanski Odredi Boulevard in Skopje.
During the search, officers found and seized two jars containing a total of 25 packages of marijuana, as well as a digital scale with marijuana residue, from D.P.
D.P. was deprived of liberty and taken to the Gjorche Petrov Police Station, where, acting on the instructions of a public prosecutor, he was detained for further proceedings.
Upon full documentation of the case, a criminal complaint will be filed against D.P. for the criminal offence under Article 215, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
