(36) from Struga.Previously, while driving a passenger vehicle "Audi" with Struga license plates, he collided with a parked passenger vehicle "Mercedes" with Struga license plates, which was parked by B.M. (23) from the village of Frangovo, Struga. After measures were taken and checks were conducted, it was established that I.M. was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol concentration of 2.25 per mille, after which he was held at the police station. After the events are fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless driving of a motor vehicle."
