On 03.12.2025 at 21:15 hrs, police officers from the Negotino Police Station for Internal Affairs detained Gj.A. (35) from Kavadarci. Earlier, around 20:45 hrs on “Prvomajska” Street in Negotino, he drove a “Volkswagen Golf” with Negotino license plates off the road and hit a utility pole, after which he left the scene. After police measures were undertaken, he was located, and an alcohol test determined that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a measured concentration of 1.83 ‰ in his blood.
On 03.12.2025 at 17:50 hrs, at the intersection of “Macedonia” Street and “Bosko Petrov” Street in the village of Zletovo, police officers from the Probishtip Internal Affairs Station detained J.J. (28) from Zletovo. Earlier, he was involved in a traffic accident with material damage while driving a “Volkswagen Golf” with Probishtip license plates. Following the checks, it was established that he had been driving under the influence of alcohol, with a measured concentration of 1.84 ‰.
On 03.12.2025 at 15:50 hrs on “Marshal Tito” Street in Delchevo, police officers from the Delchevo Internal Affairs Station detained V.K. (37) from Makedonska Kamenica. During a traffic control, officers stopped an “Audi” with Makedonska Kamenica license plates, driven by him, and after the undertaken procedures it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, with a measured concentration of 2.52 ‰. He was immediately removed from traffic and detained at the police station.
After the full documentation of the events, criminal charges will be filed against all three individuals under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “Reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
