SVR Shtip – OVR Delčevo submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Delčevo against D.C. (53) from Delčevo, due to reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense “forging a document” under Article 378 of the Criminal Code.
The suspect, on 01.06.2023, obtained a falsified English-language proficiency test from Bulgaria and on 29.06.2023 submitted it as part of the documentation for the public announcement for selecting a principal of the high school “Metodi Mitevski Brico” in Delčevo.
Based on the submitted documents, the commission determined that D.C. met the requirements outlined in the public announcement, and after preparing the official report, a proposal was submitted to the mayor of Delčevo for her to be appointed as principal. Based on the proposal, on 12.07.2023 the mayor of Delčevo issued a decision appointing the suspect as the school principal.
