On 19.12.2025 at 03:30, on the Tetovo–Gostivar road near the Gostivar toll station, police officers from the Gostivar Police Station deprived A.R. (62) from Tetovo of his liberty. During a traffic control, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle “Opel” with Tetovo license plates, which he was driving, and after taking the necessary measures it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, namely that he had 1.90 per mille of alcohol in his blood. He was immediately excluded from traffic and detained at a police station.
On 18.12.2025 at 19:04, on “Korchulanska” Street in Resen, police officers from the Resen Police Station deprived B.M. (34) from the village of Velestovo, Ohrid region, of his liberty. During a traffic control, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle “Opel” with Ohrid license plates, which he was driving, and after taking the necessary measures it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, namely that he had 1.76 per mille of alcohol in his blood. He was immediately excluded from traffic and detained at a police station.
After full documentation of the events, criminal charges will be filed against them under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code – “reckless driving of a motor vehicle.”
