A criminal complaint for "abuse of official position and authority" has been filed against the principal and his deputy at a school in Kumanovo

The Kumanovo Police Department has submitted a criminal complaint against A.B. (46) from Kumanovo and S.D. (41) from the village of Lojane, Lipkovo municipality, due to grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal act of "abuse of official position and authority." 

The first accused, serving as the deputy principal at the technical school "Nace Bugjoni" in Kumanovo and appointed to carry out additional duties - overseeing extraordinary exams from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023, and the second accused, as the principal and appointed to perform additional duties - overseeing extraordinary exams from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, allowed extraordinary students to register for and take exams from the following year without having completed the previous year and without submitting certificates for attending the holiday practice, thereby enabling the examination committee to conduct two extraordinary exams on the same day for four extraordinary students.
