The Strumica Regional Police Department – Valandovo Criminal Affairs Unit filed criminal charges against K.S. (66) and M.G. (54), both from Valandovo, on suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “fraud in office” and “forgery of an official document.”
The first suspect, in his capacity as president, and the second suspect, as secretary of the Municipal Football Association of Valandovo, repeatedly registered several football clubs for participation in the Valandovo Municipal Football League between 2021 and 2025, despite the clubs not meeting the minimum number of players required under the regulations of the Football Federation of Macedonia.
In this way, they contributed to increasing the number of delegates in the Assembly of the Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM), who subsequently received unlawful payments and allowances on various grounds, thereby obtaining unlawful financial gain for themselves and others in the amount of approximately 1,350,000 denars.
They also created match reports for football games in which they entered false and inaccurate information regarding individuals allegedly participating in football matches that, in fact, were never played.
