On June 19, 2026, at 20:15, police officers from the Gostivar Police Department arrested B.Z. (27) and A.Z. (23), both from Gostivar, as well as J.M. (31) from the Republic of Albania, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors,” punishable under Article 215 of the Criminal Code.
During official police activities, a white powdery substance was found in the possession of B.Z. Subsequently, acting on a court order, police conducted a search of his home and basement premises, where marijuana was discovered.
The three individuals were detained at the Gostivar Police Station, and upon the full documentation and clarification of the case, an appropriate criminal report will be filed against them.
