On 15.03.2026 in Kavadarci, police officers from the Department of Internal Affairs Kavadarci detained K.M. (34) from Kavadarci. During a traffic control at 12:30 on “Disanska” Street in Kavadarci, police officers stopped a moped with Kavadarci registration plates driven by him and established that he was operating it without having passed the driving test. Following instructions from a public prosecutor, he was taken to a police station and the moped was confiscated.
After being released, on the same day at 20:10 on “Ljubljanska” Street in Kavadarci, police officers again detained K.M. He was found driving a passenger vehicle, a Volkswagen Golf, with Kavadarci registration plates without a driver’s license, i.e. without having passed the driving test. Acting on instructions from a public prosecutor, he was taken to a police station and the vehicle was temporarily confiscated.
After the events are fully documented, appropriate charges will be filed against him.
