The Tetovo Sector for Internal Affairs filed criminal charges against A.M. (23) from the village of Selce, Tetovo region, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.”
On 20 December 2025, in the yard of Kale in the village of Selce, police officers from the Tetovo Criminal Police found a bag containing marijuana. Following forensic examination, it was established that it belonged to A.M.
On 04 May 2026 at 09:00, on “Gjoche Stojcheski” Street in Tetovo, he was deprived of liberty and brought before an investigating judge, who ordered a detention measure of 30 days. The individual was transferred to the Skopje Penitentiary Institution (Skopje Prison) to serve the detention measure.
