(22) from Turkey, who has temporary residence in Skopje, collided with containers and a passenger vehicle, an Alfa Romeo, with Demir Kapija license plates.M.A.A. left the scene of the incident, but after police took action, he was soon apprehended.
A misdemeanor report has been filed against him under Article 33 (excessive speed), Article 215 (leaving the scene), and Article 228 (driving under the influence of alcohol - 0.97 promiles) of the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and he has been brought before a misdemeanor judge.
