The Struga Police Department has filed a criminal complaint against A.L. (26) from the Debar village of Jepishte, due to reasonable grounds for suspicion that he committed the crimes of "kidnapping" and "sexual assault and rape," as well as against E.V. (18) from the Debar village of Otishani, for reasonable grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of "kidnapping." On November 6, 2025, around 7 PM, in a village in Debar, they forcibly brought a 30-year-old woman from her yard into a passenger vehicle "Audi," which was driven by E.V., and headed towards an abandoned building near Struga, where A.L. physically assaulted her, causing the victim to lose consciousness, after which he raped her. Subsequently, he called E.V., and they took her to the General Hospital in Struga in the vehicle.
The perpetrators were located and deprived of their freedom, after which a criminal complaint was filed against them.
