Today (09.04.2026) at 01:00 in Sveti Nikole, police officers from the Department of Internal Affairs Sveti Nikole deprived D.V. (46), from a village in the Čaška Municipality, of liberty. They acted upon a prior report that on 08.04.2026 around 23:45, at the home of his 45-year-old partner in Sveti Nikole, he had threatened her with a sharp object. Later, at the police station in Sveti Nikole, he also threatened a police officer performing official duties. The public prosecutor was informed.
On 08.04.2026 at 23:00, police officers from the Department of Internal Affairs Negotino arrested a 50-year-old man from a village near Negotino and his 28-year-old son. According to a prior report, in the yard of their home, the son attempted to attack his father with a sharp object, while the father attacked the son with a wooden object, causing injuries confirmed at the General Hospital in Kavadarci. The items were found and confiscated, and both were detained at a police station. The public prosecutor and the Center for Social Work Negotino were notified.
