The SVR Skopje filed a criminal charge against J.M. (58) from Skopje due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the crime of "rape of a child under 15 years of age" punishable under Article 188 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Macedonia.
Namely, on 15.04.2026 in Skopje, he committed rape on a 13-year-old girl from Skopje and photographed her.
Following measures taken by police officers from the Violent Crime Unit - Department for Blood and Sexual Offenses at the SVR Skopje, the person was deprived of liberty and a mobile phone and a "Mercedes" passenger motor vehicle were confiscated from him.
A judge in a preliminary procedure ordered the defendant to be detained.
