The Gostivar External Office for Criminal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against B.B. (46) from the village of Golema Rečica, Tetovo region, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "assault on an official while performing security duties." A police inspection was carried out by SVR Bitola.
On 22 July 2026 at 11:10 p.m., SVR Ohrid received a report of a traffic accident on Živko Čingo Street in Velgošti involving a Citroën passenger vehicle with Ohrid registration plates driven by A.A. from Ohrid and a Peda motorcycle with Ohrid registration plates driven by S.V. (38) from Skopje reported that on 22 July 2026 at around 5:40 p.m., on 1675 Street, he was physically assaulted by his former brother-in-law E.T., S.T., and another person. SVR Ohrid filed criminal charges against a legal entity operating a hospitality establishment in Ohrid and against its owner and manager E.N. on suspicion of the criminal offense of "serving alcoholic beverages to a child." During an inspection at the establishment on Partizanska Street, police determined that a 14-year-old minor from Ohrid had been served alcohol without being asked for identification or proof of age. (43) from the village of Zapolžani, who was not present, on suspicion of an offense under Article 396 of the Criminal Code. On 23 July 2026 at 4:40 a.m., at the roundabout connecting Turistička Boulevard and ASNOM Boulevard in Ohrid, an Audi passenger vehicle with Ohrid registration plates, driven by B.S. (38) from Ohrid, left the roadway. Police determined that the driver had a blood alcohol concentration of 1.51‰ (promille) and immediately removed him from traffic.
