The Skopje Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against J.N. (31) from Skopje on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” In Skopje, police officers conducted a search of a Honda passenger vehicle driven by the reported individual, during which marijuana and amphetamine were found and seized.

The Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against A.B. (21) and M.A. (30), both from Tetovo, on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “violence.” On June 29, 2026, public order and peace were disturbed by a physical altercation between the reported individuals.

The Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against E.M. (34) from Tetovo on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “violence.” On June 8, 2026, at a catering establishment in Tetovo, the reported individual physically assaulted his father.

On August 9, 2026, in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs arrested S.A. (24), S.A. (25), and N.A. (24), all from Skopje, after marijuana and a white powdery substance were found and seized from them. Following the full documentation of the cases, appropriate charges will be filed against them.

On August 9, 2026, at 1:40 p.m., the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs was notified by the Idrizovo Penitentiary that at around 11:00 a.m., during an inspection of a package intended for inmate O.M. (48) from Kumanovo, 32 packages containing marijuana were found and seized. Police officers collected the drugs for further proceedings, and following the full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.

On August 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs was notified that a traffic accident had occurred on the regional road toward the Kozjak Hydroelectric Power Plant, in the area of Varvara village, Skopje region, involving a Volkswagen Golf passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by E.Џ. (19) from Crn Vrv village, Skopje region; a Seat passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by D.A. (31) from Batinci village, Skopje region; a Mercedes cargo vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by Sh.S. (63) from Malchishte village, Skopje region; and a Ford passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by N.L. (47) from Skopje.

In the accident, B.R. (18) from Batinci village, a passenger in the Golf, sustained serious bodily injuries. The four drivers, as well as B.O. (30) from Paligrad village, Skopje region, and S.L. from Skopje, passengers in the Golf and Ford respectively, sustained bodily injuries. Their injuries were confirmed at the Mother Teresa Clinical Complex and the “St. Naum of Ohrid” Public Health Institution. An inspection of the scene was carried out by an investigative team from the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs.

On August 9, 2026, at 5:25 p.m., J.Sh. (24) from Tetovo voluntarily reported to the Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs. Previously, his 26-year-old former wife had reported that for an extended period he had been sending her threats against her life and the lives of her family members via a social network, and that on August 6, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m., he had followed and recorded her during a family celebration at a catering establishment. He was detained at a police station for further proceedings, and an appropriate report will be filed against him.

The Veles Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against A.A. (34) from Veles on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On February 9, 2026, in Veles, police officers conducted a search of the reported individual, during which heroin was found and seized.

The Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against R.A. (48) and M.A. (20), both from Tetovo, on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “violence.” On May 10, 2026, in Tetovo, the reported individuals assaulted J.Sh. from Tetovo.

On August 9, 2026, at 4:50 p.m. in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Department arrested P.M. (27) from Kavadarci because he disturbed public order and peace in front of the city swimming pool through rude and indecent behavior, failed to comply with police officers’ orders, and marijuana and rolling papers were found and seized during a search of him. Following measures taken and checks conducted, it was established that P.M. was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 2.89 per mille. He was detained at a police station, and following the documentation of the incidents, appropriate charges will be filed against him.

The Ohrid Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against T.Lj. (37) from Ohrid on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On December 10, 2025, in Ohrid, after noticing police officers, the reported individual threw away marijuana and attempted to flee, but was stopped. The marijuana was found and seized.

On August 9, 2026, at 11:10 a.m., a 45-year-old woman from a village in the Veles area reported to the Veles Department of Internal Affairs that at her home, she and her husband had been physically assaulted by her father, V.Џ., and her brother, A.Џ., who also used a wooden object. The object was found and seized, and measures are being taken to clarify the incident.

On August 9, 2026, at around 8:00 a.m., the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs was notified that at a casino in the Centar area, one individual, using the threat of a firearm, took money from an employee. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 10, 2026, at 4:30 a.m. in Veles, police officers from the Veles Department of Internal Affairs arrested A.P. (39) from Veles, acting on a previous report that he had physically assaulted his 32-year-old unmarried partner. Following measures taken and checks conducted, it was established that A.P. was under the influence of alcohol, with a blood alcohol level of 1.26 per mille. He was detained at a police station, a public prosecutor was notified, and following the documentation of the incident, an appropriate report will be filed against him.

On August 9, 2026, at 8:55 a.m., V.A.O. (23) from Austria reported to the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs that at around 4:30 a.m., in the Centar area, two individuals physically assaulted him and attempted to take his money and personal belongings, with one of them using a sharp object to inflict a cut on him. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

The Ohrid Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against P.M. (24) from Bitola on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors” and “obstruction of evidence.” On August 3, 2025, in a parking area at the Biljanini Izvori Sports Center, police officers searched the reported individual, finding and seizing an MDMA tablet, which he attempted to damage.

On August 10, 2026, at 2:45 a.m., police officers from the Bitola Department of Internal Affairs arrested J.T. (31) from Bitola because he physically assaulted his 71-year-old father at the family home. Following documentation of the incident, an appropriate report will be filed.

On August 9, 2026, at 2:40 p.m., G.S. (67) from the Kochani area reported to the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs that at around 7:30 a.m., in the Centar area, two individuals approached her, one of whom used physical force to take her women’s handbag containing documents and personal belongings before fleeing. According to the report, she followed them and boarded a bus after them in an attempt to retrieve her bag, after which the same individual struck her with a hard object and fled. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 9, 2026, at 2:20 a.m., police officers from the Bitola Department of Internal Affairs arrested S.J. (41) from Bitola because he physically assaulted his 26-year-old wife. Following documentation of the incident, an appropriate report will be filed.

The Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against H.B. (52) from the Tetovo area on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “sexual harassment.” In April 2026, the reported individual sexually harassed a minor from the Tetovo area.

The Tetovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against A.K. (29) and B.S. (56), both from Tetovo, on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of “fraud” and “assisting” in connection with the criminal offense of “fraud.” In September 2025, A.S. from Tetovo lent his passenger vehicle to the first reported individual, who did not return it to the victim, claiming that the vehicle had a defect, but instead sold it to the second reported individual.

The Kratovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against M.A. (27) from Skopje on reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “assaulting an official while performing security duties.” On May 30, 2026, in front of the stadium in Kratovo, after the completion of a football match between FC Sasa and FC Euromilk, the reported individual threw a hard object and struck a police officer.

On August 9, 2026, at 11:45 p.m., N.V. (49) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs that in the Chair area, following a previous disagreement, he had been physically assaulted by four individuals. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 9, 2026, at 5:40 p.m., a 31-year-old woman reported to the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs that at her home in the Aerodrom municipality area, she had been assaulted with a hard object by her husband, A.K. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 10, 2026, at 12:30 a.m. in Radoljta village, Struga area, police officers from the Struga Police Department arrested D.D. (37) from Skopje, temporarily residing in Radoljta village, as well as S.F. (36), F.V. (33), and N.Ch. (36), all from Prilep. According to the report, earlier, at D.D.’s weekend house in the village, the three individuals from Prilep physically assaulted D.D., causing him serious bodily injuries.

During the inspection related to the physical altercation at the weekend house, police officers found a white powdery substance. Following an order from a public prosecutor, a search of the weekend house was conducted, during which marijuana was also found. Following the full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.

On August 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., S.S. (28) from Skopje reported to the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs that in the Kisela Voda area, following a previous disagreement in traffic, he had been physically assaulted by one individual. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., a 45-year-old woman reported that at her home in the Skopje area, she had been assaulted with a hard object by her husband, J.M. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs was notified that at around 4:50 p.m., at a healthcare facility in the Karposh area, F.S., an employee of the Emergency Medical Service, behaved aggressively and used a sharp object to make threats against medical staff. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On August 9, 2026, at 10:30 p.m. in Kichevo, police officers from the Kichevo Police Department arrested O.P. (48) from Kichevo, acting on a previous report that at around midnight he had assaulted his 50-year-old wife at the family home, using a hard object. Following the full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
