The Regional Center for Border Affairs North filed a criminal complaint against S.R. (42) from the village of Vrapčishte, municipality of Vrapčishte due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a crime of "forgery of a document". On 31.12.2025 at the Tabanovce Border Crossing, upon entering the country, the defendant presented a forged Polish driver's license.
SVR Tetovo filed a criminal complaint against S.H. (25) and E.H. (20), both from Skopje, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offense of “violence”. On 28.09.2025 in the village of Chiflik, the accused physically attacked a 34-year-old man, using a sharp and hard object, and damaged his vehicle.
The Veles Police Department filed a criminal complaint against a minor from Sveti Nikole due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offense of “endangering security”. On 11.01.2026, the minor sent insults and threats on a social network.
The Tetovo Police Department filed a criminal complaint against B.M. (45) from Germany and D.A. (54) from the village of Shipkovica, Tetovo region, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offense of “usurpation of real estate” and “illegal construction”. During 2023, the first defendant, in his capacity as an investor, and the second defendant, in his capacity as a construction contractor, built a weekend house on a cadastral plot in the cadastral municipality of Shipkovica, owned by the state, without having an appropriate building permit issued by a competent authority.
On 05.02.2026 at around 19:05, the Kumanovo Police Department was notified that on Oktomvriska Revolucija Blvd. in Kumanovo, a Volkswagen Golf passenger vehicle with Kumanovo license plates, driven by 23-year-old S.V. from Kumanovo, hit a seven-year-old minor from Kumanovo. The minor sustained serious injuries in the accident, as determined at the Mother Teresa Clinic Complex in Skopje. An inspection team from the Kumanovo Police Department conducted an inspection.
On 05.02.2026 at 09:40 on "Karaorman" Street in Bitola, based on an order from the Basic Court of Bitola, police officers from the SVR Bitola deprived B.V. (26) from Bitola of his liberty. He was wanted for serving a prison sentence of one year and six months. The person was taken to the Punishment - Correctional Institution Bitola Prison to serve his sentence.
On 05.02.2026 at 20:00 in Veles, police officers from the Veles SVR deprived R.V. (35) and U.D. (18), both from Veles, of their liberty, due to grounds for suspicion that they had committed a criminal offense of "aggravated theft" in a weekend house in Veles. They were detained at a police station, the public prosecutor was notified, and measures are being taken to fully clarify the incident.
On 05.02.2026 at 22:30 in the SVR Skopje, M.I. (45) from the village of Paligrad, Zelenikovo municipality, reported that at 13:00 in the area of Dracevo, his minor son, while being transported in a JSP bus, was physically attacked by several minors from the village of Batinci. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 05.02.2026 at 23:50 in the SVR Skopje, S.T. (26) from the village of Zelenikovo, municipality of Zelenikovo, reported that at around 23:10 in the park in the village of Pakoshevo, municipality of Zelenikovo, he was physically attacked by two minors, who used a hard object and caused him serious bodily injuries, as determined in the Complex of Clinics "Mother Teresa" Skopje. On 05.02.2026 at 13:00 in the SVR Skopje, N.K. (49) from the village of Strahojadica, municipality of Zelenikovo, reported that at around 12:30 in a kindergarten yard in the area of Cair, his minor son was physically attacked by several minors. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 05.02.2026 at 22:30 in the SVR Skopje, N.C. (46) from Skopje reported that at around 20:30 in the area of Kisela Voda, her 15-year-old son was physically attacked by a female. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
In the SVR Skopje, the Idrizovo Prison Correctional Institution reported that on 03.02.2026 at around 17:30 in the semi-open ward of the institution, M.B. physically attacked A.A., both convicts serving sentences in prison. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
The SVR Ohrid filed a criminal complaint against S.L. (60) from Ohrid due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal offenses of "unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" under Article 215 of the Criminal Code and Article 95 of the Law on the Control of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances. He, previously employed as an engineer - agronomist in a factory for the cultivation of medical cannabis in Novo Selo, Municipality of Debrca, unauthorizedly removed marijuana from the factory and kept it at his residence in Ohrid for the purpose of its use and further sale. During a search of the premises, carried out by court order, marijuana was found and confiscated, after which he was deprived of his liberty.
