The External Criminal Affairs Office in Gostivar filed criminal charges against G.G. and J.G., both from Gostivar, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors”. On 15.02.2025, police officers conducted a search of a home in Gostivar, during which marijuana, hashish and a digital scale were found and confiscated, which the defendants were selling in the area of ​​the municipality of Gostivar.

 

The External Criminal Affairs Office in Gostivar filed criminal charges against V.D. (46) from Gostivar due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the crime of “dissemination of racist and xenophobic material via a computer system”. On 18.11.2025, on a post from a social media outlet, the defendant wrote comments from his profile that spread hatred.

 

The Kratovo Internal Affairs Department filed a criminal complaint against I.M. (51) from Kratovo due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing a criminal offense of "use of a document with false content". On 08.11.2025, police officers stopped a passenger vehicle "Seat Ibiza", driven by the defendant, during which it was determined that the defendant presented a forged driver's license for inspection.

 

On 04/05.02.2026 in Skopje, at different locations, police officers from the SVR Skopje deprived of their liberty J.V. (38), B.I. (23) and Sh.A. (23), all from Skopje, because marijuana was found and confiscated from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate submissions will follow.

 

The Foreign Office for Criminal Affairs in Gostivar filed a criminal complaint against G.P. (64) from Gostivar due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offense of "endangering security". In the family home, the accused made threats to his 60-year-old wife and his 40-year-old son, damaging part of the household goods.

 

On 04.02.2026 at 17:25 in the village of Pepelište, Negotin region, police officers from the Mobile Unit for Compensatory Measures at the Department for Border Affairs and Migration deprived O.P. (51) from the village of Pepelište of his liberty, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of having committed a criminal offense of "theft" under Article 235 of the Criminal Code. Police officers stopped a passenger vehicle "Rover Freelander" with Veles license plates, which O.P. was driving, and during the inspection, 25 cans of 20 liters of oil were found and seized in the vehicle, for which he did not have appropriate documentation. He was deprived of his liberty and detained at the Negotino Police Station, and after the case was fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.

 

On 05.02.2026 at 05:20 at the SVR Skopje, a 25-year-old woman reported that on 04.02.2026 at around 21:00 in the home in the area of ​​Gjorce Petrov she was physically attacked by her partner M.S. (41) from Skopje. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

 

On 04.02.2026 at 11:30 a.m. at the SVR Skopje, a 41-year-old woman from the Skopje region reported that on 03.02.2026 at around 1:00 p.m. in the family home, she was physically attacked by her brother-in-law D.M.. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

 

On 04.02.2026 at 10:40 p.m. at the SVR Skopje, M.J. (36) from the Skopje region reported that around 8:30 p.m. in the Kisela Voda area, S.L. forcibly took her mobile phone. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

 

On 04.02.2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the SVR Skopje, A.D. (31) reported that around 1:00 p.m. in the Centar area he was physically attacked by V.K. (55), both from Skopje. After the case is fully documented, an appropriate report will follow.

 

On 05.02.2026 at 01:18 a.m., the Kumanovo Police Department was notified that a fire had broken out in a retail facility on "11 Noemvri" Street in Kumanovo, owned by M.G.. The fire was extinguished by the Kumanovo Territorial Fire Department. No one was injured, and an inspection was carried out by a team from the Kumanovo Police Department.

 

On 04.02.2026 at 20:20 on the Tetovo-Veles highway, at the Kadino interchange, police officers from the Skopje Police Department arrested V.G. (44) from the village of Kadino, Skopje region. During a traffic control, the police officers stopped an "Opel" passenger vehicle with Skopje license plates, driven by V.G. and after measures were taken, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol, that is, that he had 1.77 per mille of alcohol in his blood, after which he was immediately removed from traffic and detained at a police station, and the vehicle was seized for further proceedings. After fully documenting the event, charges will be filed against him under Article 297-a of the Criminal Code - "reckless driving of a motor vehicle".
