On 06/07 February 2026 in Skopje, at several locations, police officers from the Skopje Police Directorate deprived H.Ch. (46) and L.K. (19), both from Skopje, as well as S.R. (32) from the village of Kondovo, Skopje area, of their liberty, after powdered substances and marijuana were found and seized from them. Following the complete documentation of the cases, appropriate charges will be filed against them.
On 06 February 2026 at 06:35, the Bitola Police Directorate was notified that on the Bitola–village of Makovo road, a passenger vehicle “Audi” with Bitola license plates, driven by S.K. (58) from Bitola, ran off the roadway. After the accident, S.K. was transported to the Clinical Hospital in Bitola, where serious bodily injuries were diagnosed. An on-site investigation was conducted by an investigative team from the Bitola Police Directorate.
On 06 February 2026 at 11:53, the Kočani Police Station received a report that at the intersection of “Kej na Revolucijata” Street, “Braća Stavrevi” Street and “New Bridge” in Kočani, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle “Audi” with Kočani license plates, driven by D.F. (37), and a moped with Kočani license plates, driven by a 17-year-old, both from Kočani. The minor sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Clinical Hospital in Štip. An on-site investigation was carried out by an investigative team from the Kočani Police Station.
On 06 February 2026 at 16:40, in the Mlaki neighborhood in Gostivar, police officers from the Gostivar Police Station apprehended A.K. (45) from the village of Leunovo, who was wanted on the basis of an order issued by the Basic Court of Gostivar to serve a prison sentence of 30 months for criminal offenses under Articles 235, 236 and 268 of the Criminal Code. The person was escorted to the Tetovo Prison to serve the sentence.
On 07 February 2026 at 06:31, the Kisela Voda Police Station received a report from the Emergency Center at the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Center in Skopje that a 15-year-old from Skopje had been admitted with serious bodily injuries. According to the report, around 00:30 he had been physically assaulted in a betting shop in Skopje by L.V. (18). Measures are being taken to clear up the case.
On 06 February 2026 at 16:50 in Kavadarci, police officers from the Kavadarci Police Station deprived V.M. (56) and R.A. (27), both from the village of Vozarci, Kavadarci area, of their liberty. They are suspected of having committed “aggravated theft” of property near the village of Vozarci. The stolen items were found and returned to the owner. They were taken to a police station, the public prosecutor was notified, and following the complete documentation of the event, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 06 February 2026 at 13:00, S.M. (48) from Kumanovo reported to the Kumanovo Police Directorate that on “Done Božinov” Street in Kumanovo he had been physically assaulted by Sh.E., S.E. and S.E., all from Aračinovo. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.
On 06 February 2026 at 11:25, a 76-year-old woman from Bitola reported to the Bitola Police Directorate that she had been defrauded by an unknown male person who called her by phone and introduced himself as a doctor, telling her that her granddaughter had been seriously injured in a traffic accident and that money was needed to save her life. The complainant and her husband took 7,000 euros and handed them over to a person who, as agreed, was waiting near the clock in Bitola. Later, the complainant realized that she had been defrauded, i.e. that her granddaughter had not been involved in a traffic accident. Measures are being taken to clear up the case.
On 06 February 2026 at 12:50 in Delčevo, police officers from the Delčevo Police Station apprehended B.D. (67) from the Delčevo area, acting upon a prior report that he had disturbed public order and peace on “Macedonia” Boulevard in Delčevo. Following the measures taken, it was established that he was under the influence of alcohol, with 1.88 per mille of alcohol measured in his blood. After the complete documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will follow.
On 06 February 2026 at 15:53, a doctor from the Bitola Clinical Hospital reported to the Bitola Police Directorate that a two-year-old child from Bitola had been admitted with serious bodily injuries. According to the report, while playing near the family home in Bitola, the child had been attacked by stray dogs. The child was transferred to the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Center in Skopje. The Bitola Police Directorate is taking measures to clear up the incident.
