SVR Kumanovo submitted a criminal report against D.I. (51) and M.K. (66), both from Kumanovo, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committed crimes "misuse of personal data" and "negligent work in the service". On 03/04/2026 at 06:55 a.m., it was reported to the Kočani Police Department that a Mazda passenger vehicle with Kočani registration plates, driven by M.L. (57) from Kočani, hit D.K. (47) from Kočani on "Todosia Paunov" street in Kočani. In the accident, the pedestrian D.K. suffered serious injuries, which were diagnosed in a hospital in Kočani. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team from OVR Kočani.
