On 02/03.05.2026 in Skopje, at several locations, police officers from SVR Skopje detained B.R. (23), T.J. (19), I.T. (36), a minor, all from Skopje, and P.B. (26) from the Republic of Serbia, after white powdery substance and marijuana were found and seized from them. After fully documenting the cases, appropriate reports will follow.

On 02.05.2026 at 14:55 in Skopje, at the intersection of “Gorno Lisiche” Street and “Gjorgji Kapchev” Street, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle “Hyundai” with Skopje plates driven by S.J. (55) from Skopje and an electric scooter “Xiaomi” driven by a 14-year-old minor from Skopje. The minor sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Mother Teresa Clinical Complex in Skopje. An investigation was conducted by an SVR Skopje team upon order of a public prosecutor.

On 02.05.2026 around 17:10 in Vinica, it was reported that at the intersection of “Krusevska Republika” Street and “Hristo Uzunov” Street, a traffic accident occurred between a passenger vehicle “Opel” with Shtip plates driven by V.L. (67) from Vinica and a bicycle driven by J.J. (78) from Vinica. The cyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the Public Health Institution in Vinica. An investigation was carried out by OVR Vinica upon order of a public prosecutor.

The Prilep Police Department filed criminal charges against E.A. (45) and S.A. (37), both from Prilep, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “theft” of wood. On 15.01.2026, police officers caught them illegally cutting firewood.

On 02.05.2026 in Veles, it was reported that around 18:50 on the regional road village Izvor – Municipality of Chashka, near a place called “Vranovski Anovi”, a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen” with Skopje plates driven by B.N. (26) from Skopje struck pedestrian R.Gj. (57) from Veles. The injured pedestrian was transported to the General Hospital in Veles and then transferred to the Mother Teresa Clinical Complex in Skopje, where serious injuries were confirmed. An investigation was conducted by SVR Veles upon order of a public prosecutor.

On 02.05.2026 at 21:20 on “Ilindenska” Street in Tetovo, police officers from SVR Tetovo detained M.I. (23) and A.V. (18), both from Tetovo. During a search of M.I. and his “BMW” vehicle, two packages of green plant material and a mobile phone were found and seized. A 500 denar banknote with traces of green plant material was found on A.V. After documenting the case, appropriate reports will follow.

On 02.05.2026 at 10:20 in the village of Dzhepchishte, police officers detained A.A. (42), who had been reported the previous day by C.M. (63) for threatening him with a knife and then hitting him with an axe handle while he was returning with a tractor from a field. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.

On 02.05.2026 in Gostivar, during a football match between FC Bashkimi (Kumanovo) and FC Vardar (Skopje), F.R. (30) from Kumanovo fell from the stands at the city stadium in Gostivar and was transported to the emergency center for medical assistance.

On 02.05.2026 at 18:30 in Prilep, police officers detained D.A. (27) and S.L. (27) after marijuana was found in a “Golf” vehicle with Kumanovo plates driven by D.A. After documenting the case, appropriate reports will follow.

On 01.05.2026 at 19:00 in Strumica, it was reported that in the village of Kuklish, Z.A. (27) lost control of a motorcycle without registration plates and went off the road. The driver sustained serious injuries, confirmed at the Strumica Medical Center. An investigation was conducted.

On 03.05.2026 at 01:15 in Skopje, it was reported that in front of a hospitality facility in the Center area, public order was disturbed due to a physical altercation between several persons from Skopje, Kratovo, and Kumanovo. After fully clarifying the case, appropriate reports will follow.

On 02.05.2026, the “St. Naum Ohridski” Public Health Institution in Skopje reported that R.D. (36) from Skopje was admitted with injuries. According to the report, around midnight in Kisela Voda, he was stopped while driving his “BMW” by a person he knew, after which he was physically attacked following an argument. Later, after returning to the location, he was attacked again by multiple persons, one of whom struck him with a gun butt. After fully documenting the case, appropriate reports will follow.
