(30) from Skopje due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 26.04.2026, police officers conducted a search of a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Golf,” driven by the suspect, during which marijuana was found and confiscated.
The External Office for Criminal Affairs Macedonian Brod filed a criminal complaint against B.S. (46) and J.J. (46), both from Macedonian Brod, and J.N. (51) from Kočani due to grounds of suspicion for committing the criminal offense “theft.” On 26.04.2026, at a location called “Venčišta,” in the area of the village Grešnica, Municipality of Macedonian Brod, the suspects were caught carrying out illegal logging of trees owned by the public enterprise “National Forests” – branch forest management “Sandanski.”
On 03.05.2026 in the Karpoš area of Skopje, police officers from the SIA Skopje deprived M.M. (35) from Skopje of liberty because a white powdery substance was found and confiscated from him. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate report will be filed.
On 03.05.2026 at 13:09, it was reported to SIA Bitola that a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of the villages Vrboec and Sveto Mitrani between a passenger vehicle “Fiat Punto” with Kruševo license plates, driven by D.M. (52) from Vrboec, and a passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Golf” with Kruševo plates, driven by E.A. (46) from Norovo. In the accident, a passenger in the Fiat Punto, C.M. (26), sustained serious bodily injuries, while the driver and another passenger K.M. (19), both from Vrboec, as well as the driver of the Volkswagen Golf, sustained bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital Prilep. Upon order of a public prosecutor, an inspection was carried out by an investigative team from the Kruševo Police Department.
On 03.05.2026 at 14:11, it was reported to SIA Bitola that a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of “Partizanska” Street and “Gjorgji Naumov” Street in Bitola between a passenger vehicle “Fiat” with Bitola plates, driven by P.Ǵ. (19) from Bitola, and a motorcycle “Triumph” with Gostivar plates, driven by A.A. (42) from Gostivar. In the accident, the motorcyclist sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the hospital in Bitola. An inspection was carried out by an investigative team from SIA Bitola.
On 03.05.2026 around 15:45, it was reported to SIA Kumanovo that a traffic accident occurred at an intersection of “Street 1” and a branch of “Street 1” in Kumanovo between a passenger vehicle “Fiat Punto” with Kumanovo plates, driven by M.D. (30) from Kumanovo, and a moped “Tomos” with Kumanovo plates, driven by M.M. (21) from Kumanovo. In the accident, the moped driver sustained serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital Kumanovo. An inspection was carried out by an investigative team from SIA Kumanovo.
The SIA Skopje filed a criminal complaint against M.K. (39) from Skopje due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense “unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.” On 23.11.2025 in the Idrizovo Penitentiary Institution, during a search conducted by police officers on the suspect, who is a convicted person, marijuana and tablets were found and confiscated.
The SIA Kumanovo filed a criminal complaint against S.P. from Kumanovo due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense “sexual assault and rape” against his 41-year-old wife. On 18.04.2026 around 18:00 in their family home in a village near Kumanovo, the suspect performed sexual acts without her consent.
On 03.05.2026 around 09:30, it was reported to the Sveti Nikole Police Station that on “Philip II” Street in Sveti Nikole, a “Mercedes” bus with Veles plates, driven by D.S. (40) from Veles, transporting about 20 passengers, passed over a raised section of the road, causing two passengers to fall inside the bus and sustain serious bodily injuries, confirmed at the General Hospital Veles. An inspection was carried out by an investigative team from the Sveti Nikole Police Station.
On 03.05.2026 at 22:20 in Skopje, in the Centar area, police officers from SIA Skopje deprived R.M. (19), J.A. (18), M.J. (24), E.A. (19), N.J. (38), and three minors aged 17, all from Skopje, of liberty, acting on a prior report that around 21:30 they physically attacked D.M. (22) and her husband R.R., who were with their two minor children. After full documentation of the case, appropriate charges will follow.
On 03.05.2026, F.K. (35) from Skopje reported to SIA Skopje that in the Kisela Voda area he was physically attacked twice by L.A. (55) from Skopje. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 03.05.2026 at 22:20 in Skopje, in the Šuto Orizari area, police officers from SIA Skopje detained Dž.B. (34), E.J. (34), E.B. (33), and T.J. (51), all from Skopje, acting on a report that around 21:50 they disturbed public order and peace with a mutual physical fight. On 03.05.2026 at 10:00 in SIA Skopje, G.I. (44) from Skopje reported that on 02.05.2026 in the Kisela Voda area he was physically attacked by T. “N.” Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 03.05.2026 at 22:35 on “Vonvardarska” Street in Tetovo, police officers deprived R.K. (53) from the village of Čelopek, Tetovo region, of liberty because a white powdery substance was found on him. He was detained at a police station for further proceedings, and after documenting the case, an appropriate submission will follow.
On 03.05.2026 at 18:00 at the Karpoš Police Station, police officers from SIA Skopje deprived S.D. (29) from Skopje of liberty due to suspicion of committing the criminal offense “neglect and abuse of a minor” under Article 201 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code. Previously, a 56-year-old woman from Skopje reported that she found the suspect in front of her home together with a newborn who had injuries. The child and S.D. were taken to the “Mother Teresa” Clinical Complex, where a doctor confirmed injuries on the newborn. After full documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will follow.
On 03.05.2026 at 13:45, it was reported to SIA Skopje that in the village of Divlje, Skopje area, following a prior argument, public order and peace were disturbed by a physical altercation between S.S. (50) and D.Ǵ. (63). After full documentation of the case, an appropriate submission will follow.
On 03.05.2026 at 20:50, I.S. (59) from the village of Ljuboten, Skopje area, reported to SIA Skopje that around 17:00 in the Bit Pazar area, after a prior misunderstanding, he was attacked with a hard object by an unknown person. Measures are being taken to clarify the case.
On 03.05.2026 at 14:15, it was reported to SIA Skopje that at the “Jane Sandanski” Sports Center, during a basketball match between KK MZT Skopje and KK IBA from Skopje, S.L. committed an offense under Article 3 of the Law on Prevention of Violence and Improper Conduct at Sports Events. Namely, S.L. behaved aggressively and insulted the referees, and after the match delegate ordered security to remove him, he continued to act aggressively toward the delegate and at one point attempted to physically attack him but was prevented by security staff. The case is being processed, after which an appropriate report will follow.
