(21), both from Skopje, after white powdery and white lump-like substances were found and seized from them. On September 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., near a hotel on the Struga lakeside, police officers from the Mobile Team of the Regional Center for Border Affairs – West detained E.V. (21) and L.R. (20) from Kočani on reasonable grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of “endangering security.” On April 23, 2026, on the express road between the villages of Trkanje and Spančevo, the suspect pointed a pistol through the window of the passenger vehicle “Volkswagen Golf,” which he was driving, at a “Ford” cargo vehicle driven by R.B. (61) from the village of Čelopeк, Municipality of Brvenica.
On September 1, 2026, at around 10:00 a.m., B.Z. (42) from Sveti Nikole reported to the Sveti Nikole Department of Internal Affairs that he had found a grenade at a place known as “Sivri Tepe,” in the territory of Sveti Nikole. An inspection was carried out by an inspection team from the Sveti Nikole Department of Internal Affairs, while a pyrotechnician from the Directorate for Protection and Rescue safely removed the grenade. It was established that it was a 75 mm artillery shell from the First World War.
On September 2, 2026, at 1:10 a.m., police officers from the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs arrested A.S. (37) from the village of Marino, Municipality of Ilinden. During a traffic control on “Goce Delchev” Boulevard in Skopje, police officers stopped a “Volkswagen” passenger vehicle with Kumanovo registration plates and established that A.S. was driving under the influence of alcohol, with a measured blood alcohol concentration of 2.47 per mille. On September 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., the Skopje Department of Internal Affairs received a report that a traffic accident had occurred at the intersection of “John Kennedy” Street and “Kemal Ataturk” Street in Skopje between an “Audi” passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by B.A. (29) from the village of Blace, Skopje area, and a bicycle ridden by E.T. Police officers stopped a “Volkswagen Golf” passenger vehicle with Skopje registration plates, driven by D.A., with P.A. as a passenger. Marijuana was found and seized from D.A. On September 1, 2026, at 1:10 p.m. in Veles, police officers from the Veles Department of Internal Affairs arrested N.S. (50) and M.S. (20), both from Veles. Previously, a 22-year-old man from Veles had reported that he was intercepted by his father N.S. and his brother M.S. and that, at one point, N.S. physically assaulted him and then, without his consent, forced him into a vehicle, where he continued the physical assault. On September 1, 2026, at 8:29 p.m., the Emergency Medical Service at the Public Health Institution “Health Center” in Kriva Palanka reported to the Kriva Palanka External Office for Criminal Affairs that Č.V. (63) from the village of Krklja, Kriva Palanka area, had been brought in for medical assistance. The Kumanovo Department of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against M.V. from Sveti Nikole on reasonable grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of “enabling the use of narcotic drugs.” On November 17, 2025, on the Kumanovo–Sveti Nikole regional road, three persons from Sveti Nikole were found in a “Volkswagen Polo” passenger vehicle owned by the suspect, where he had enabled them to use amphetamine. In addition, amphetamine was found and seized during a search of the suspect.
The Strumica Department of Internal Affairs – Valandovo External Office for Criminal Affairs submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Gevgelija against I.L. (37) from a village in the Valandovo area, on reasonable grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of “endangering security” under Article 144 of the Criminal Code. On August 21, 2026, at the family home in the village, the suspect behaved aggressively and made threats against his 30-year-old wife and her mother.
