On September 25, 2026, in Veles and Shtip, police officers from the Traffic Safety Police Station at the Shtip Police Department conducted preventive activities aimed at raising drivers' awareness of the risks of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Citizens were informed that alcohol seriously impairs driving skills, disrupts psychomotor abilities, and poses a significant threat to their safety and that of other road users. Police officers from the Chashka Police Department carried out a preventive activity in which drivers were reminded of their obligation to adjust their speed according to traffic signals and road conditions. At the Primary Schools "Rade Kratovche" and "Cyril and Methodius" in Kochani, as well as at the Primary School "Elpida Karamanidi" in Bitola, police officers from the Shtip and Bitola Police Departments explained to children how to navigate traffic safely, ensuring they could get to and from school without incident.
On September 24, 2026, police officers from the Prevention Unit at the Veles Police Department conducted a preventive activity in the Chashka municipality on the theme "There is help for a life without violence," informing citizens about the occurrences of domestic violence, their rights, and protective measures available in cases of domestic violence, emphasizing the importance of timely reporting all forms of violence.
