Today (14.04.2026), on the occasion of marking 34 years since the establishment of the Customs Administration, a formal event was held at which the institution’s achievements to date, implemented activities, and future priorities were presented, aimed at strengthening the system and combating crime.
The event was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Astrit Iseni and the Director of the Bureau of Public Security, Aleksandar Janev.
The ceremony was an opportunity to highlight the importance of inter-institutional cooperation, coordination, and joint efforts in tackling all forms of crime, as well as in improving security and the rule of law.
