Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Astrit Iseni attended the first meeting of the Public Investment Committee today, held at the Ministry of Finance.
The meeting featured opening addresses from the Prime Minister, Kristian Mickoski, and the Minister of Finance and Chair of the Public Investment Committee, Gordana Dimitrieska-Kochoska.
During the meeting, the List of Proposed Project Ideas submitted to the institutions was reviewed, discussing their justification, prioritization, and alignment with the strategic goals of the state. The Committee adopted the List of Evaluated and Approved Proposed Project Ideas, which serves as the foundation for the further realization of capital investments.
According to the established procedure, upon adoption, the List will be submitted to the Government for the purpose of adopting the first Final Priority List of Public Investment Projects, in accordance with Article 25 of the Regulation on the Management of Public Investments.
Deputy Minister Iseni's participation in this meeting confirms the commitment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the processes of strategic planning and implementation of public investments, particularly in enhancing security infrastructure and institutional capacities.
