During the day yesterday, police officers across the entire territory of the country deprived eight drivers of their liberty, seven of whom were driving without a valid driver’s license, while one was driving despite an imposed ban on operating a Category B motor vehicle and under the influence of alcohol.
Two drivers in Skopje and one driver each in Prilep, Negotino, Tetovo, Kochani, and Delchevo were found operating vehicles without a driver’s license. Meanwhile, one driver in Vinica was operating a vehicle despite having a measure prohibiting him from driving a Category B motor vehicle and while under the influence of alcohol.
The individuals were detained at police stations, and upon full documentation of the cases, appropriate criminal charges will be filed.
