(55) from Shtip of liberty, acting upon a prior report that on 10.04.2026 around 22:00, at home, he physically assaulted his 49-year-old wife. According to the report, he had been committing physical and psychological violence over a longer period and had physically attacked both his wife and their minor children.
On 10.04.2026 at 22:15, police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department deprived A.D. (43) from Kumanovo of liberty, acting upon a prior report that he behaved aggressively and physically assaulted his mother in the family home.
On 11.04.2026 at 03:15 at the Kumanovo Police Department, a 28-year-old woman from Kumanovo reported that, following a prior argument, she had been physically assaulted by her former partner S.A. (36) from a village in the Kumanovo area.
On 10.04.2026 at 19:40 at the Struga Police Department, a 37-year-old woman from the Republic of Albania, residing in the Struga area, reported that her husband N.M. from the Struga area, with whom she is in divorce proceedings, had been following her and making threats.
On 10.04.2026 at 15:30 in Veles, police officers from the Veles Police Department deprived a 40-year-old man from a village near Veles of liberty. According to the report, he first physically assaulted his 37-year-old partner in a friend’s home and later again on the street. After measures were taken, it was established that he was under the influence of alcohol, with 1.21 promille alcohol in his blood. He was detained at a police station, and a public prosecutor and the Center for Social Work in Veles were notified.
On 10.04.2026 at 18:30 at the Skopje Police Department, a 40-year-old woman from Skopje reported that around 17:20 at a weekend house in the Skopje area, following a misunderstanding, she had been physically assaulted by her partner A.T. (40).
Measures are being taken to clarify the cases, and after full documentation, appropriate charges will be filed against the perpetrators.
