Toskoski: A modern airport, better conditions for passengers and for our police officers

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Panche Toskoski, attended the inauguration of the reconstructed section of the "St. Apostle Paul" Airport in Ohrid today, which provides modern conditions for passengers, improved functionality of the terminal, and a more efficient flow during border controls.

As part of the reconstruction, the Border Crossing Police Station at Ohrid Airport has been completely renovated. Police officers are receiving new, modern, and functional workspaces, and contemporary passport control booths have been installed, enhancing the conditions for conducting border checks and enabling a higher quality and more efficient service for passengers.

"A modern airport means better conditions for passengers, but also better conditions for our police officers who ensure safety and the smooth conduct of border controls every day. We continue to modernize border crossings, improve conditions for the Macedonian police, and provide higher quality service for citizens and visitors to Macedonia," emphasized Minister Toskoski.

The modernization of border infrastructure and the improvement of working conditions for police officers remain among the priorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, aiming for faster and more efficient border procedures and higher quality services for all citizens and foreign visitors entering the country through Ohrid Airport.
