The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs the public that the web application with a mobile interface "Safe City" is now active, which at this stage is intended for foreign citizens, specifically for the owners and drivers of vehicles with foreign license plates.
Through the application, foreign citizens will be able to easily and directly obtain information about traffic violations recorded by the "Safe City" system, view issued traffic fines, and pay the fines electronically.
When logging in, the driver needs to take a picture or scan their travel document and enter the registration of the vehicle or vehicles they are using in our country.
In this way, foreign drivers who are recorded as having committed a traffic violation throughout the entire country will be able to be informed in a timely and straightforward manner and settle their obligations without the need for additional delays at border crossings.
The introduhttps://safecountry.mvr.gov.mk/ction of the application represents a significant step in the digitization of services related to the "Safe City" system.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to enhance digital services, and in the next phases, the expansion of functionalities for other categories of users is planned.
