On July 17, 2026, at the Kiselava Voda Police Station, police officers from the Skopje Police Department detained D.R. (19) from the village of Batinci, Skopje, following a prior report that on July 16, 2026, around 10:20 PM in the Center area, he, along with other minors from Skopje, physically attacked M.Č. (19) from Skopje. Additionally, police officers from the Skopje Police Department conducted an official interview at the police station with three minors, in the presence of their parents and a lawyer.
After the case was fully documented, the Violent Crime Unit of the Skopje Police Department will submit a criminal complaint as a matter of urgency to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office of Skopje against D.R., due to reasonable grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of "violence" under Article 386 of the Criminal Code, and a criminal complaint will also be filed against the minors.
