On 27 February 2026, in Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia, at the invitation of the Head of the Serbian Traffic Police, a regional working meeting was held with the heads of traffic police services from the region.
In addition to the Head of the Traffic Police of the Republic of North Macedonia, the meeting was attended by the heads of traffic police from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Slovenia, as well as all 27 heads of traffic departments of the Republic of Serbia.
The meeting was held ahead of the upcoming summer tourist season with the aim of strengthening mutual cooperation, exchanging experiences, enhancing the level of road safety, and initiating and implementing preventive and repressive activities.
