On October 15, 2025, at around 10:15 a.m., police officers from the Kumanovo Police Department (SVR Kumanovo) arrested M.D. (31) from Kumanovo.
During a court-ordered search, officers found a white powdery substance suspected to be narcotics. The individual was detained at the police station, and after the case is fully documented, an appropriate criminal charge will be filed against him.
