On February 7, 2026, the first accused, a former employee at a hospitality establishment in Kumanovo, extorted the owner by threatening that if he did not reinstate her or give her 5,000 euros, she would publish photographs on a social media platform as evidence of improper food handling at the establishment, aiming to create a negative image of the hospitality venue.
The second accused assisted in the commission of the crime.
