Today (January 10, 2026), the Police Department of Kumanovo submitted a criminal report to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Kumanovo against N.A. (31) from the village of Slupchane, Municipality of Lipkovo for the committed crimes of "sexual assault and rape" and "extortion," and against K.M. (28) from the village of Slupchane for the committed crime of "sexual assault and rape." N.A., contrary to the clearly expressed will, committed sexual acts against a minor girl in Lipkovo and forced her into sexual acts with K.M.
Subsequently, N.A. threatened the minor that he would allegedly publish her explicit photographs if she did not pay him 20,000 euros.
The girl was forced to take money from home without her parents' knowledge and to borrow from others, and on several occasions, she gave the money to N.A.
In the interest of the investigation and the need to protect the minor victim, the Ministry of Internal Affairs appeals for careful and ethical reporting of the event, as well as the use of official sources.
